Each training weekend will provide participants with an opportunity to examine in depth a fundamental aspect of infant development and the emergence of patterns of locomotion – including reaching, rolling, creeping, crawling, kneeling, standing, cruising walking, and running.

New ATMs, observation, demonstration and discussion will provide the learning environment for self study and FI practice.

Note: Participants are encouraged to do audio lessons (Touchstones) for each fundamental property available on our website prior to each Feldenkrais Focus training segment.
