Feldenkrais Focus ATM
Six Saturdays(and one Friday evening) a year, we will come together to study the movement resource the infant has from the beginning which is integrated to achieve developmental “milestone” progression.
We will look at order and priority within the process of development and learning extending our investigation to see how these essential early movements are used in various ways for acquiring skill across the lifespan.
Through the examination of specially selected Awareness Through Movement ® lessons (ATMs) and observation we will explore the movement dynamics and development of our pre-locomotive organization.
Note: Participants are encouraged to do audio lessons (Touchstones) for each fundamental property available on our website prior to each Seminar Series.

* Each Day except for Fridays starts with observing Sheryl give FI to a child or adult. FI Observation Weekend included with all packages.
